We also travelled with a bus full of Spanish speaking tourists. Their guide Anna always pushed her group first with no consideration to our group. At one stage Monica looked after one group in a joint activity, Anna left some of her group stranded and even sent one young girl off on her own- walking alone in an unknown city with no money and unable to speak Italian. A very dangerous situation. I would not recommend Anna, or wish to travel with her again.Show more
