Itinerary
- Day 1
Arusha to Tarangire National Park
Your driver picks you up at 6:30 AM for the roughly 2-hour drive to Tarangire National Park. Once you arrive, you'll spend the day on game drives looking for elephants, lions, leopards, zebras, giraffes, and other wildlife throughout the park. At 1:00 PM, you'll stop for a picnic lunch by the Tarangire River, which is a nice spot to rest and watch animals coming to drink. After lunch, you continue with an evening game drive, then head back to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

- Day 2
Ngorongoro Crater
You depart at 7:00 AM heading to Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Once there, you descend into the world's largest caldera where roughly 30,000 animals live on the crater floor. You'll see lions, buffalo, zebra, hyenas, antelopes, and if you're lucky, rhinoceros during your game drives. At 1:00 PM, you stop for a picnic lunch by the crater lake. After eating, you continue game viewing before driving to your lodge near Lake Manyara National Park for the night.

- Day 3
Lake Manyara National Park to Arusha
Following an early checkout and breakfast, you head to Lake Manyara National Park for a full day of game viewing. The park is compact but has thick acacia forests, giant figs, and mahogany trees with plenty of baboons and blue monkeys to spot. You'll have a packed lunch at the picnic site mid-day, then keep game viewing until late evening. From there, you drive back to Arusha with an arrival around 4:00 PM.
