The Accomodation was excellent in Cairo and Hurghada was amazing- they were a little further out from the main towns but still lovely. The cruise down the Nile was very enjoyable. Kellie· May 26th, 2025We have loved our tour so far. Started at the Tolip Golden Plaza in Cairo which had great buffet breakfast and kids loved the pool. Our guide for Giza and old Egypt museum was Abdul who is an archaeologist and knows his stuff. Next we flew to Aswan and started the Nile cruise to Luxor with Medhat as our guide who was very informative and knowledgeable. Our flight from Cairo to Aswan was delayed due to an outage across all of Egypt's air traffic control so we missed Philae Temple but the tour company added an extra temple at the end of our last day in Luxor which was amazing. Medhat also helped navigate a pharmacy when our 11yo son got sick. The temples, especially the grandness of Abu Simbel, are just amazing to visit and walk through, with the history being explained thoroughly by Medhat. We enjoyed the cruise ship, it had everything we needed, food was nice, kids loved the pool and the towel creatures on the beds after room cleaned. We look forward to the Hurghada red sea part of our tour (no guide accompanies us there, but transport is provided).
