- Wendy· April 27th, 2016Such a great trip. A very relaxing start with 2 days meandering down the Mekong river on a lovely riverboat. Great way to have time to get to know your fellow travellers. I fell in love with Luang Prabang and really appreciated some free time there to explore on my own. Accommodation was first class (Pakbeng was a bit basic, but there's not much there to choose from so fair enough) and the pace was perfect. Not too rushed and only had to unpack a couple of times.Show more
