Your European journey begins today as you travel through the Netherlands, Belgium, and France. You'll see iconic Dutch windmills, charming Belgian streets, the Champagne region, and Paris. This trip covers three countries and gives you a real mix of what makes each place special.

Amsterdam
This morning starts with a private boat cruise through Amsterdam's canals, passing under sloping bridges and seeing classic Dutch houses up close. Later, a local guide leads a walking tour through the city, and you'll get to chat with someone who can tell you about Amsterdam's progressive culture. The evening is all yours to wander around however you like.

Amsterdam
You head to the famous Keukenhof Gardens to see millions of tulips and other flowers in bloom. Back in Amsterdam by late afternoon, you'll have free time to do your own thing before dinner at A Beautiful Mess, a restaurant that supports refugees using locally sourced ingredients and run by inspiring hosts.

Amsterdam to Bruges
Today you pick your own adventure in Holland. Either take a canal boat ride to Kinderdijk and explore a working windmill, or bike through the Dutch countryside with a local guide. After that, you'll travel to Bruges for an evening stroll through its charming streets.

Bruges

Bruges to Reims

Reims
You'll start with a guided walking tour through Reims, focusing on the city's Celtic history and Gothic structures. Notre-Dame de Reims is the main stop, where you can see the intricate stained glass windows up close. Around midday, head to lunch at a restaurant run by two friends who've been working together for years, serving traditional local food. After eating, you'll drive out along the Route du Champagne to visit a champagne house for a tour and tasting session. The rest of your afternoon and evening are free to do as you like.

Reims to Paris
On the way to Paris, you stop in Meaux to learn about artisanal Brie cheese production and sample local varieties. Once in Paris, you'll participate in a hands-on perfume-making workshop with a perfumer. Later, explore your neighborhood and watch the city light up as evening sets in, with free time after that.

Paris
Start with a guided walk through Île de la Cité, where you'll pass by Notre Dame and cross the charming Seine bridges that connect this historic heart of Paris. After the walk, hop on a scenic cruise along the Seine to see the city from the water. From there, head to Saint-Germain-des-Prés for some time on your own to wander the neighborhood's galleries and cafes. Later in the day, check out the Tuileries Garden or stroll through Place Vendôme at your own pace. If you want to make an evening of it, there's an optional dinner and cabaret show at Paradis Latin with champagne and can-can dancers, though it's completely up to you.

Stop at an authentic Parisian bakery where you'll learn about traditional bread-making techniques and what goes into making a proper French baguette. The afternoon is yours to explore Paris however you like. Then in the evening, head to an exclusive dinner at the Eiffel Tower where you'll have French cuisine with views of the city spread out below you.
