Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival in Bangkok
You'll touch down in Bangkok and head to your hotel whenever you're ready. The afternoon and evening are open for you to settle in, rest from your flight, or take a walk around your neighborhood. You're spending four nights here, so there's no rush to see everything on day one.

Bang Pa-In
Head north to Ayutthaya, the old Siamese capital, where ruins show the kingdom's history. Walk through Wat Phra Sri Sanpetch's three pagodas and see the large Buddha at Wat Yai Chaiya Mongkol. Next is Wat Phra Mahathat where tree roots cradle an ancient Buddha head. Take a longtail boat past temples and government buildings. Then visit Bang Pa-In, the royal summer residence with Thai, European, and Chinese architecture mixed together. After that you'll return to Bangkok and finish at Suvarnabhumi Airport.
