- Day 1
Casablanca
Your guide meets you at Mohammed V International Airport and takes you to Casablanca. You'll see Hassan II Mosque, which sits right on the Atlantic Ocean with intricate tile work and a tall minaret. After checking into your hotel, you'll have the rest of the day to settle in.

Rabat - Chefchaouen
Following breakfast, you head north to Rabat to see Hassan Tower and the Mausoleum of Mohammed V. The Kasbah of the Udayas is next, with its white and blue streets and ocean views. From there, you drive through the Rif Mountains to Chefchaouen, then walk the blue streets and stop for traditional Moroccan food at a local cafe.

Volubilis - Meknes - Fes
After leaving Chefchaouen, you drive to Volubilis to see ancient Roman ruins with mosaics and architecture scattered across the site. Next comes Meknes, where you check out the Bab el Mansour gate and the Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail. You'll grab lunch in the Medina before heading to Fes and checking into your riad.

Fes
A local guide takes you through Fes el-Bali, the old Medina and a UNESCO site. You'll visit the Royal Palace gates, Al-Qarawiyyin University (one of the world's oldest), Nejjarine Fountain, and Al-Attarine Madrasa. The Chouara Tannery and Jewish Quarter come next, then you climb to a viewpoint before returning to your riad.

Ifrane - Middle Atlas Mountains - Merzouga
After breakfast, you travel south toward the Sahara. You stop in Ifrane for its alpine feel, then drive through cedar forests where Barbary macaques might appear. Following lunch, you go through the Ziz Valley and arrive in Merzouga by late afternoon. Camels take you across Erg Chebbi dunes to watch the sunset, then you reach your desert camp for dinner and Berber music.

Merzouga
You wake early to catch sunrise over the dunes, then choose between a camel ride or 4x4 to explore. Khamlia village shows you Gnawa music traditions, and you'll visit the abandoned M'Fis mining village to meet a nomadic Berber family and share tea. Later, you can do a quad bike or buggy ride through the dunes, or take a quiet sunset walk before dinner.

Rissani - Todra Gorge - Dades Gorge
Heading to Rissani, you walk through its traditional market (if open on your visit day). Then you reach Todra Gorge with its towering canyon walls and river, good for a short hike or photos. The drive continues through Dades Valley with its unusual rock formations, and you check into your hotel in Dades Gorge by evening.

You head west to Ouarzazate to visit Atlas Film Studios, where movies like Gladiator and The Mummy were shot. Next is Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO site with clay-built fortress architecture. After lunch, you drive through the High Atlas Mountains past Berber villages before arriving in Marrakech by late afternoon to check into your riad.

Marrakech
Your guide shows you the highlights of Marrakech starting at Jemaa El-Fna Square, then you see the Koutoubia Mosque, Bahia Palace, and Ben Youssef Madrasa. After lunch, you walk through the souks where artisans make leather goods and lanterns. Later, you return to Jemaa El-Fna to watch snake charmers and musicians, then have dinner at a rooftop restaurant.
