Arrival in Siem Reap
Your guide and driver will meet you at Siem Reap Angkor International Airport with a personalized welcome sign. From there, it's a comfortable private transfer into the city where you'll get a quick rundown of local culture and traditions. After checking in at your hotel, the rest of the day is yours to settle in, relax, or start getting a feel for the city on your own.

- Day 2
Angkor Archaeological Park
Following breakfast, you're heading into Angkor Archaeological Park, the massive UNESCO site that covers 401 square kilometers and holds over 250 ancient temples. Starting at the South Gate of Angkor Thom, you'll see Bayon Temple and its 216 carved stone faces, then move through Baphuon, Phimeanakas, the Terrace of the Elephants, and the Terrace of the Leper King. After checking out Ta Nei and Ta Prohm (that temple with the enormous tree roots growing through it), you'll have a traditional Khmer lunch. Later, you'll visit Angkor Wat itself, the world's largest religious monument. The day ends watching the sun go down from Phnom Bakheng hilltop temple.

Tonle Sap Lake to Phnom Penh
After breakfast, you're heading to Tonle Sap Lake, the region's largest freshwater lake and a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. A boat trip takes you to one of the floating villages where fishing families live on bamboo rafts, adapting their lives to the seasonal water level shifts. Back at the hotel to check out, then it's a 4-5 hour private drive to Phnom Penh through rural areas, small towns, and local markets. You'll check into your hotel there and have the evening to yourself.

Phnom Penh City Tour
After breakfast, a guided tour takes you through Phnom Penh's historical and cultural sites. You'll start with two significant but difficult visits: the Choeung Ek Genocide Center and Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum, which help explain Cambodia's history under the Khmer Rouge. Following a traditional Khmer lunch, you'll shift to the Royal Palace and Silver Pagoda with its 5,000 silver tiles and Buddha statues, then Wat Phnom temple for city views, Wat Ounalom monastery, the Independence Monument, the King Father Norodom Sihanouk Statue, and wrap up at the Central Market, an Art Deco-style spot for shopping.

Phnom Penh to Sihanoukville
You'll have free time after breakfast in Phnom Penh to do whatever you'd like. When it's time, your driver meets you at the hotel lobby for a 3-4 hour overland transfer to Sihanoukville, Cambodia's main beach destination. The drive goes through rice paddies, villages, and roadside markets. Once you arrive, you'll check in at your beachfront or city hotel and spend the rest of the day by the pool, on the beach, or at one of the seafood cafes.

The coastline here has hidden coves, local fishing villages, and quiet stretches of beach if you want to just unwind.

Your driver meets you at the hotel lobby at the scheduled time for the 3-4 hour transfer to Techo International Airport. The drive gives you one last view of Cambodia's countryside before you head to check in for your flight home.
