Tel Aviv or Jerusalem
You'll arrive in Israel and get settled into your hotel. Choose between Tel Aviv if you want vibrant beaches and great restaurants, or Jerusalem for its deep historical and spiritual character. Airport transfer can be arranged if you'd like that taken care of.

- Day 2
Caesarea - Akko - Haifa
Starting up the northern coast, you'll see Caesarea's ancient Roman ruins, including a 2,000-year-old amphitheater and hippodrome. From there, head to Akko, a UNESCO World Heritage Site packed with Crusader history. Later you'll get to Haifa to check out the Bahai Gardens and Stella Maris Monastery. You'll head back to Tel Aviv or Jerusalem for the night.

Sea of Galilee - Capernaum - Nazareth
The day takes you to the Sea of Galilee, Israel's largest freshwater lake and where the Jordan River begins. You'll visit Capernaum at the foot of Mount of Beatitudes and take in the panoramic views. The Church of Multiplication at Taghba and the Baptism site at Yardenit are on the itinerary too. After that, spend time in Nazareth, Israel's largest Arab city, wandering through its historic old town and taking in the Middle Eastern atmosphere. Return to Tel Aviv or Jerusalem.

Jerusalem
You'll spend this day in Jerusalem's Old City, moving through all four quarters. Start at the Jewish Quarter and the Western Wall, then walk the Via Dolorosa through the Christian Quarter to the Holy Sepulchre. The Muslim Quarter comes next with its famous souq and markets. In the afternoon, you'll explore modern Jerusalem's neighborhoods like Tzahal Square, Jaffa Street, Davidka Square, and Nachlaot. Wrap up at Machane Yehuda Market, soaking in the atmosphere and food. Stay overnight in Tel Aviv or Jerusalem.

Masada - Ein Gedi - Dead Sea
You'll take the cable car up to Masada and explore King Herod's palace ruins with a guide, learning about this iconic site in Jewish history. Next, you'll head to Ein Gedi nature reserve, a desert oasis, before getting to the Dead Sea. You can float in the mineral-rich waters and try the therapeutic muds at the lowest point on Earth. There's free time for lunch. Return to Tel Aviv or Jerusalem in the evening.
