Itinerary
- Day 1
Florence
You'll arrive in Florence whenever works best for you. There aren't any scheduled activities until this evening, so you can settle into your accommodation, grab a bite, or walk around the city at your own pace. Later tonight, you'll head to the welcome meeting where you'll meet your CEO and the rest of the group.

- Day 2
Florence to Cinque Terre
After breakfast, you'll board a private bus heading north out of Florence. The first stop is Pisa, where you'll visit the Field of Miracles and see the famous leaning tower up close. From there, you'll continue on to Cinque Terre on the coast, arriving by evening. You'll have time to get settled and perhaps grab dinner with views of the sea.

Cinque Terre
This is a hiking day with choices. You can lace up your shoes and follow your CEO on the scenic trail from Monterosso to Vernazzo, walking through colorful villages and centuries-old footpaths. Or you can take the train between towns and explore each one at your own pace, trying local pesto, espresso, and gelato as you go. Either way, you'll visit the cliffside village of Riomaggiore before heading back to your base.

Cinque Terre to Lake Como
You'll take the train from Cinque Terre to Como Town, with several changes including a stop in Milan. You'll arrive in the late afternoon. Once there, hop on the historic Como-Brunate funicular for a 7-minute ride up to the village of Brunate. From this spot known as the 'Balcony of the Alps,' you'll get panoramic views of Lake Como and the surrounding Alpine peaks.

Lake Como
Today you'll explore Lake Como by ferry, heading out to the elegant towns of Menaggio and Bellagio. You can wander through these towns, pop into cafes, or just enjoy the scenery from the water. You'll head back to Como Town in the late afternoon, then have the rest of the day to yourself. Spend time exploring shops, restaurants, lakeside cafes, or hunting for Italian designer pieces in Como's boutiques.

Lake Como to Venice
After a train ride from Como, you'll arrive in Venice. Your CEO will lead a guided walking tour over bridges and canals, and you'll see Piazza San Marco. After that, you'll have plenty of time to wander the narrow cobblestone streets, cross hundreds of tiny bridges, and explore the wide piazzas. It's easy to get turned around in Venice's maze-like layout, so just plan to spend the afternoon discovering different corners of the city.

Venice
You have a full day in Venice with options. You can take a vaporetto to the islands of Murano and Burano, ride a gondola under the Ponte Rialto, explore the Doge's Palace and Bridge of Sighs, or join a traditional Venetian food tour. If you'd rather, you can just keep wandering the twisting streets and getting lost in the city's unique layout. It's your choice how to spend the time.

The tour ends today. You can depart Venice whenever suits your travel plans. If you have a flight or train to catch, head out early. Otherwise, grab one last coffee by a canal and soak in the atmosphere before you go.
