Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival in Kathmandu
You'll arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport and get picked up for the drive to your hotel. This evening includes a trip briefing and then a welcome dinner at a local Nepali restaurant where there's a cultural show happening. After that you'll settle in for the night and get some rest before the trek starts.

- Day 2
Kathmandu Valley
After breakfast, the day is spent walking through Kathmandu Valley. You'll check out Hanuman Dhoka, also called Kathmandu Durbar Square, which has historic palaces, temples, and pagodas scattered throughout. The area gives you a good sense of the city's architecture and history. You'll stay overnight at the hotel again.

Sundarijal to Chisopani Trek
After breakfast, you'll drive about an hour to Sundarijal where the trek to Chisopani begins. The trail climbs steeply through villages where Tamang people live and passes through rhododendron forests. You get views of the Manaslu Himalayan range along the way. Dinner and your first night on the trek are at the Chisopani lodge.

Chisopani to Nagarkot Trek
You'll trek on an interesting trail heading toward Nagarkot, which sits on a ridge about 32 km east of Kathmandu. From this hill retreat you can see five of the ten highest peaks including Everest, Lhotse, Choyu, Makalu, and Manaslu. The location is also known for watching sunrises and sunsets. You stay at the Nagarkot lodge for dinner and the night.

- Day 5
Nagarkot to Dhulikhel Trek
The trek goes up to Nagarkot Tower where the mountain views are really good and you get a distant view of Mount Everest. From there you descend through rhododendron forests and pass through old villages to reach Dhulikhel, an ancient Newari town. The eastern Himalayan views from here are excellent. Dinner and overnight stay happen at a Dhulikhel resort.

Dhulikhel to Kathmandu
After breakfast you'll drive back to Kathmandu, which takes about two hours. Once there you check into your hotel to rest and clean up. The afternoon is free so you can do some packing and shopping if you want. Later there's a farewell dinner at a nice restaurant in Thamel, and you'll spend the night at the hotel.

Departure from Kathmandu
A free transfer takes you to Tribhuvan International Airport for your departure. This is when you head out for your flight home.
