Itinerary
- Day 1
Marrakech to Imlil Valley
Pick-up happens at your hotel in Marrakech in a private air-conditioned vehicle, then you'll head out to Lalla Takerkoust Lake where there's time to relax and take photos with the Atlas foothills as your backdrop. From there, the drive takes you through the Kik Plateau, which offers panoramic views across terraced fields that stretch out below. If you're going on a market day, you'll stop at the traditional Berber market in Asni Village to interact with local artisans and see what they're selling. After that comes a guided trek through Imlil Valley where you'll walk through apple orchards and walnut groves. Lunch is optional in Imlil if you want to grab something, and then it's time to head back toward Marrakech through the High Atlas with a final stop at a Berber tea house for photos before returning to your hotel.
