Itinerary
- Day 1Marrakech to Iml OughladStarting early from your Marrakech riad or hotel at 9:00am, you'll drive roughly 1.5 hours to Iml Oughlad, a small Berber village situated at 1,450m. There you'll meet your guide and muleteer, then load up the mules before beginning the trek. This first day keeps things moderate as you walk through Ouirgane National Park with gentle terrain and fewer steep climbs. The route takes you through valleys with shepherds and their goats, surrounded by juniper and oak trees that feel almost Mediterranean. You'll finish at a local family's home in Tinzert, a quiet Berber village. Total walking time runs about 4 to 5 hours. Included Activities- Trek through Ouirgane National Park

- Day 2Ouirgane Valley to Tizi OussemAfter breakfast, you head up through thick oak forest with views opening onto the green Ouirgane valley and High Atlas Mountains. The path climbs to Tizi N'Takhrkhourt pass at 2,200m elevation, then you traverse into Azzadene Valley passing through traditional Berber mountain villages. As you move up the valley, you'll see streams and walnut groves with High Atlas peaks in the distance. By evening you'll reach a village gite in Tizi Oussem. The walking day takes approximately 5 hours. - Meals

- Day 3Azzadene Valley to Imlil or ArghenThis day involves a solid climb out of Azzadene Valley toward Tizi n Mzik pass at 2,479m, where dramatic views open up before you descend toward Imlil. If you've got extra energy, a detour to D'Irhoulidene waterfalls adds a couple hours but gives you something worthwhile. Around midday you'll stop for a picnic lunch at Azib Brdoun at 1,850m elevation. From there, you can either continue back to Marrakech or stay overnight in Arghen village at 1,880m if you want to be positioned at the base of Toubkal Peak. The walking portion totals approximately 5 hours. - Meals
