Asked on August 27th, 2025What are the luggage restrictions for the tour? Can you provide a pick-up from Surrey, and if so, what would be the cost? The traveller has travel sickness and would like to know if it's possible to reserve a front seat. Is the skywalk included in the tour? If not, can the traveller book it separately and pay the extra cost?
On The Go ToursOperator•Written August 2025Luggage: 1 checked bag + 1 small day bag per person. Pickup: Tour leaves from downtown Vancouver, a pick up from Surrey is not possible. Front seat: This is on a first come first serve basis. Client can ask the tour guide to allow him to sit in the front due to travel sickness but there are no guarantees. Skywalk: Not included.

Asked on August 15th, 2025im interested to send my older parents on this tour. They can walk ok. They cannot hike as at times uneven ground could be hard for them. would this tour be suited for them?

I think this would be a fabulous tour for your parents. We rate it physically as "easy" and all hiking is optional. They do need to be able to walk at an average pace to keep up with the group, though - do you think this would be an issue?
