Itinerary
- Day 1
Nairobi
Your guide meets you at Jomo Kenyatta Airport, and depending when you land, there's time to explore Nairobi's craft markets if you want. You'll find pottery, carvings, batik, and weaving throughout the markets, and haggling is expected. Keep in mind that market visits are on your own dime. Later you'll head to Nairobi Sarova Panafric Hotel on the city's outskirts, where you'll stay the night surrounded by tropical gardens and a swimming pool.

- Day 2
Nairobi
This day is yours to spend however you like in Nairobi. You can check out cultural sites like the African Heritage House, Bomas of Kenya, Karen Blixen Museum, or the Nairobi National Museum at your own pace. Lunch is provided at Utamaduni Restaurant within Bomas of Kenya, which has one of Africa's largest auditoriums and showcases traditional villages from several Kenyan tribes. The rest of the day is flexible for whatever interests you.

Nairobi to Masai Mara
Your guide picks you up at 8am and you'll drive through the Great Rift Valley and Narok on the way to Masai Mara. This massive reserve sits within the Serengeti plains and you'll have chances to see lion, elephant, leopard, buffalo, and rhino. After arriving at the lodge and grabbing lunch, you head out for an afternoon game drive to look for wildlife. You'll return to the lodge for dinner and sleep there.

- Day 4
Masai Mara
Start early with a morning safari hunting for wildlife, then return for breakfast. Afterward you can continue exploring the Mara plains to search for lions, cheetah, and other predators. If you're interested, there's an optional hot air balloon safari that gives you a quiet view from above, spotting animals across rivers and villages. Following lunch, you go on another game drive before heading back to the lodge for the evening.

After breakfast you check out and drive to Lake Nakuru National Park on the Great Rift Valley floor. The park is excellent for bird watching, hiking, picnicking, and game drives where you'll spot around 450 bird species like flamingos and waterfowl, plus over 56 animal types including white rhino and waterbuck. Stop at viewpoints like Lion Hill, Baboon Cliff, Out of Africa Hills, and Makalia Waterfalls. Later you stay overnight at Sarova Lion Hill.

Visit viewpoints such as Lion Hill, Baboon Cliff, Out of Africa Hills, and Makalia Waterfalls throughout the day. In the evening return to Sarova Lion Hill for dinner and overnight.

You'll spend another full day at Lake Nakuru National Park after breakfast. The viewpoints Lion Hill, Baboon Cliff, Out of Africa Hills, and Makalia Waterfalls are all worth visiting. Back at Sarova Lion Hill for dinner and overnight stay.

Lake Nakuru to Amboseli
Following breakfast, you check out and drive toward Amboseli National Park, which is known for large elephant herds and views of Mt. Kilimanjaro, Africa's highest mountain. You'll arrive at the lodge in time for lunch, then relax by the sun-heated swimming pool if you like. In the afternoon you head out for a game drive to start looking for wildlife. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.

Amboseli
After breakfast you take two game drives through Amboseli's open plains searching for lion, buffalo, cheetah, zebra, and wildebeest. You'll visit the swamps where elephants wallow in mud and watch waterfowl and bird species. There's an optional hot air balloon safari or a visit to a local Maasai village if you want to experience African culture more directly. You return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Landmarks Amboseli National Park - Day 10
Amboseli to Serengeti
After breakfast you check out and head toward Serengeti National Park. The drive takes you through high farmland in Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area before descending into the endless plains toward Seronera in the park's central area, one of the richest wildlife habitats around. The Seronera River draws most of the park's species to the area. You'll arrive at Serengeti Acacia Camps in time for lunch, then go out for an afternoon game drive before dinner.

- Day 11
Serengeti
After breakfast you enjoy a full day of game drives along the Sogore River Circuit that loops into the plains south of the Seronera River. This spot is great for seeing lions, gazelle, topi, ostrich, and cheetah. Stop at the visitor's center near the lodge to grab cold drinks or snacks. You'll have a relaxed picnic lunch under acacia trees, then follow the Kopjes Circuit afterward to spot lions and large cobras. These granite outcrops have water and shade, making them perfect for wildlife spotting. Return to the lodge for dinner.

Serengeti to Ngorongoro
After breakfast you check out and drive toward Ngorongoro Conservation Area. On the way you'll stop at Olduvai Gorge where anthropologists discovered important skulls connected to human evolution. You arrive at the lodge in time for lunch and can relax the rest of the afternoon. Dinner and overnight stay follow.
