This itinerary can only bei done by crossing the Drake twice. But no worries: So many people did this and many times the Drake is just like a tiny lake. You can do this!

No, the mentioned one does not cross the circle. Take a look at these ones which DO cross the circle with very reasonable rates and shorter.
