Asked on September 24th, 2024We are planning a trip for July 2025 for myself, my wife and my sons (19 and 22). Our plan is to fly from Houston to Tokyo and spend 4 days at Tokyo Disneyland Park. We would then like to travel by bullet train to Kyoto for this 5 day tour and then return to Tokyo for a couple of days before our return flight.

We only require the passenger's flight information if they wish to book a private transfer. This is necessary for the drivers to track the flight and arrange for airport pick-up. A passport is not needed.

2. All of our tours depart from a centralized location, you'll have to get there on your own. Moving around Japan with public transportation is pretty easy, so it shouldn't be a big issue.
