Itinerary
- Day 1
Dar es Salaam to Nyerere National Park
You'll get picked up from Dar es Salaam Airport or your hotel and drive about 4 hours to Selous Safari Lodge in a luxury 4x4 jeep. Once you arrive, grab a packed lunch at the lodge, then head out on the Rufiji River for an evening sunset boat safari. You're likely to spot hippos, crocodiles, and other wildlife coming down to drink. After that, it's back to the lodge for dinner and your first night's stay.

Nyerere National Park
Start early with breakfast at 7:00 AM, then head out in a 4x4 safari jeep equipped with binoculars for a game drive through Nyerere National Park. You'll have lunch at a scenic spot inside the park during midday. By evening, return to the lodge for dinner with beautiful river views to take in.

Nyerere National Park to Dar es Salaam
After breakfast, go on a sunrise walking safari to explore the park on foot and learn about smaller species, animal tracks, insects, trees, and birdlife. After a few hours of walking around, you'll transfer back to Dar es Salaam where your safari ends.
