This morning you'll fly from Buenos Aires down to Ushuaia, the world's southernmost city on Tierra del Fuego. Drake Passage Crossing

Antarctic Waters Entry
You'll head to the Observation Deck early to spot your first icebergs as the yacht enters Antarctic waters. You'll receive a complimentary polar parka to keep warm during your time here. The expert Polar Discovery Team, which includes geologists, historians, ornithologists, marine biologists, and glaciologists, will help spot whale blows and explain what you're seeing in this unpredictable environment.

Antarctic Peninsula
After waking to iceberg and glacial mountain views from your suite, you'll learn that Antarctica has over 40 bird species including wandering albatrosses with the largest wingspan of any flying bird. Your captain and specialist team plan each day based on ice and weather conditions. With 18 to 20 hours of daylight, you might do Zodiac cruises, wildlife viewing, historic hut visits, kayaking, or paddleboarding.

Antarctic Peninsula
Possible landing sites today include Portal Point, a former British refuge hut, or Deception Island in the South Shetland Islands, which has an active volcano and hundreds of thousands of chinstrap penguins. The yacht can sail into the submerged volcanic caldera through a narrow rocky gap. Later, you'll have dinner at Sushi @ Koko's with fellow guests and can relax in the bar or library afterward.

You'll see penguin colonies up close today, around 12 million penguins live on the Peninsula including Adelie, Chinstrap, Gentoo, and rare Emperor species. Whales including minke, humpback, or Orca might appear from the yacht, or you can spot them from a Zodiac with an expert guide or via kayak for a closer look. Lemaire Channel
Today you'll navigate the Lemaire Channel, known locally as 'Kodak Alley', an 11-kilometer narrow passage just 700 meters wide at its tightest point. Rocky mountains and glowing blue icebergs sit close to the ship on both sides. Between activities, head to the Observation Lounge to have specialty tea or coffee while viewing the scenery through Swarovski telescopes.

Chilean Fjords and Glaciers
You're now navigating the Chilean Fjords' maze of long narrow inlets, steep cliffs, channels and islands carved by glaciers over time. Towering peaks, cascading waterfalls, and dense forests come into view from the Observation Deck. You'll see Seno Garibaldi, one of the world's few advancing glaciers, and cruise to Seno Pia Glacier to explore ice crevasses and rivers. The area is home to seals, sea lions, seabirds, and Andean condors.

Alberto de Agostini National Park
Today features the Aguila Glacier and Condor Glacier, part of the Darwin Mountain Range in Alberto de Agostini National Park.
