Itinerary
- Day 1
Marrakech to Kasbah Toubkal
Head out from Marrakech early morning in a minibus or 4x4 toward the Atlas Mountains. You'll stop at a local souk in either Tahanaout or Asni to get a feel for the area before continuing on to Imlil village. From there, you can either walk or take a mule up to Kasbah Toubkal, an old fortress that sits high with good views of the mountains all around. Grab a traditional Berber lunch on the terrace and spend some time relaxing at the Kasbah. If you're up for it, there's an option to trek over to a nearby Berber village for mint tea before heading back down to Marrakech by evening.
