Start with a private boat tour through Bangkok's klongs, navigating the narrow canals to see local life and traditional wooden houses. You'll stop at Wat Arun, the Temple of the Dawn, where you can walk around the ornate spires and take photos from the riverside. After that, head to the Grand Palace complex, which takes up a large area with multiple palaces, halls, and courtyards to walk through. Later in the day, you'll reach Wat Pho, the Temple of the Reclining Buddha, where the main attraction is the massive 49-foot-high gilded Buddha lying on its side.
