Itinerary
- Day 1
Valencia
Your guide will meet you at the airport and take you to your hotel, arriving around 5 pm. After you get settled in your room, head down to the lobby at about 18:30 for a welcome drink and to meet the group.
- Day 2
Valencia
This morning you'll walk through El Carmen, the heart of Valencia, starting with the cathedral and the Gothic Lonja silk exchange. From there, the central market comes next before reaching Plaza de la Virgen. Grab a traditional tapas lunch at a local restaurant, then spend the afternoon cycling along the Turia Gardens toward the City of Arts and Sciences.

- Day 3
Albufera Nature Park
Start your day at Ruzafa market with a paella cooking course where you'll select ingredients and prepare authentic Valencian paella with a chef's help. You'll taste what you made along with Spanish aperitifs and starters. Later, take a bus to Albufera Nature Park to see the rice fields and wetlands, then do a short boat trip on the freshwater lake to spot birds and unique plant life before heading back.
