The hotels were also good (only the Hotel El Mouradi Port El Kantaoui unfortunately left something to be desired). Unfortunately, our tour guide was not very satisfactory. His German was barely understandable (I would have preferred understandable English rather than incomprehensible German), his explanations were sparse and you often had to ask for clarification. He often gave the explanations in a bus that was too loud. He also literally rushed us through the tour. We were always "under stress". He was constantly urging us to "go on, go on". At souks and markets, we were forbidden to buy anything so as not to lose any time. We were always back at the hotel 2 hours before dinner. We got the impression that the tour guide wanted to finish work on time. He also often treated us like little children. He forbade us to take 2 steps off the path and constantly complained if a guest lingered a little longer to take a photo or read something. Last but not least, his organization was poor. I had no information where we were meeting on the first day and had to proactively look for the tour guide at the hotel and call him to find out when we were leaving.
