Itinerary
- Day 1
Tunis
You'll arrive individually in Tunis and head to your hotel by transfer. The drive from the airport takes about 20 km, and you'll be staying at Hotel El Mouradi Gammarth for the next two nights. This gives you time to settle in and rest up before the tour starts.

Carthage - Sidi Bou Said
Start the day with a guided walk through Tunis's medina, navigating its narrow alleyways and getting a feel for the old city. Then you'll head to the Bardo Museum, which holds one of the largest archaeological collections in Tunisia. In the afternoon, head out to see the ancient ruins of Carthage before finishing in the village of Sidi Bou Said, where you can see the distinctive blue and white Andalusian architecture that makes it so recognizable.

Tunis to Sousse
After breakfast, drive out to the Roman city of Thuburbo Majus to explore its ruins, then continue on to Thugga. This ruined city sits surrounded by hills and olive groves. You'll stop for lunch at the Thugga restaurant before making your way to Sousse, where you'll stay overnight at Hotel El Mouradi Palace. It's about a 3 to 4 hour drive depending on stops.

Sousse to Tozeur
After breakfast, you'll spend the morning in Kairouan visiting the Great Mosque, the Mausoleum of the Barber, the Aghlabite Basin, and Bir Barouta. There's also a stop at a carpet factory and time to walk through the old medina. You'll grab lunch before heading on to Tozeur for an overnight stay at Hotel El Mouradi Tozeur. The ride takes several hours, so you'll have most of the afternoon once you arrive.

- Day 5
Chebika - Tamerza - Douz
This morning you'll explore the mountain oases of Chebika and Tamerza, where you can see gorges, waterfalls, and natural pools. After returning to Tozeur for lunch, you'll cross the Chott El Jerid salt lake on the way to Douz, where you'll stay the night. Optional activities are available if you're interested, including a 4x4 visit to Oung Ejmel and the Star Wars filming site, or you could go camel riding instead.

- Day 6
Matmata - El Djem - Sousse
Following breakfast, drive to Matmata to visit the cave dwellings carved into the earth. From there, head to El Djem where you'll have lunch and see the third largest Roman amphitheater in the world. The drive from Matmata to Sousse takes most of the afternoon, but you'll arrive in time to settle in at Hotel El Mouradi Palace for a 2-night stay.

Monastir - Port el Kantaoui
Spend your day exploring Sousse's medina, souks, and fortress. Then drive to nearby Monastir to visit the coastal fortress of Ribat. In the afternoon, take a walk through the marina at Port el Kantaoui, which sits right on the water, before heading back to Sousse. The distances between stops are short, so you'll have time to really explore each place.

Sousse to Tunis Airport
After breakfast, you'll be transferred to Tunis airport for your flight home. The drive from Sousse is about 150 km and takes roughly 2 to 2.5 hours, so plan to leave with enough time for check-in and security at the airport.
