You'll arrive at your own pace, and the hotel has a free shuttle if that works for you. Your tour guide shows up in the afternoon to go over what's coming up for the week and answer anything you're wondering about.

Los Angeles
Your guide is on hand in the morning to start things off. The morning and early afternoon are spent on a half-day city tour through downtown Los Angeles and Hollywood, checking out the main sights. If you're interested, the afternoon opens up to visit some nearby beach communities on your own.

Los Angeles to Kingman
You'll drive through Joshua Tree National Park on a short tour to see the distinctive Joshua trees dotting the landscape. From there, continue on to Kingman. It's a fairly long drive of about 615 km, so you'll spend most of the day on the road.

Kingman to Williams
After breakfast, head through Chino Valley and Prescott Valley toward the old mining town of Jerome. You'll pass through Sedona if weather cooperates, then drive along the legendary Route 66 to Flagstaff and finish in Williams. This drive covers roughly 420 km.

Williams to Bryce Canyon Area
You have your choice of either a helicopter flight or small plane flight over the Grand Canyon, both optional. Later you'll drive to Page, where there's another optional flight available to see Horseshoe Bend from the air. The driving portion is approximately 600 km.

Bryce Canyon to St. George
Spend time at Bryce Canyon, checking out the red rock pinnacles, spires, and stone towers that make this national park so special. After you've seen the park, continue driving to St. George, a town with Mormon heritage. The drive between them is about 245 km.

St. George to Las Vegas
Drive through the Valley of Fire on your way to Las Vegas, the city known for its casinos and entertainment. Early in the evening, you can optionally join a lights tour to see many of the famous attractions and get a feel for the place. It's roughly 220 km from your starting point.
