  1. Day 1

    Arrival in Tel Aviv

    You'll land at Ben Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv whenever your flight arrives. A representative meets you at baggage claim and drives you to your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to settle in and get comfortable after your journey.

  2. Day 2

    Jaffa - Caesarea - Megiddo - Tiberias

    Your guide picks you up from the hotel this morning. You'll start by walking through the old fortified alleys of Jaffa, including the house of Simon the Tanner and checking out the hilltop views. From there, head north along the coastal Via Maris road to see the ancient Roman ruins of Caesarea. After that, continue to Megiddo, the biblical site of Armageddon, then drive eastward toward the Sea of Galilee and descend to Tiberias for the night.

  3. Day 3

    Capernaum - Tabgha - Mount of Beatitudes - Golan Heights - Banias

    This morning you'll drive to the southern Sea of Galilee to visit the Yardenit Baptismal Site, then explore the north shore sites connected to Jesus' ministry. You'll see Capernaum, his base of operations, then head to Tabgha to check out the Church of Multiplication and Church of the Primacy of St Peter. Later you'll head to the Mount of Beatitudes overlooking the sea where the Sermon on the Mount was preached. After that, ascend to the Golan Heights for views of Mt. Hermon, then visit Banias at the sources of the River Jordan before returning to Tiberias.

  4. Day 4

    Nazareth - Cana - Beit Alpha - Jerusalem

    Travel through Galilee to Nazareth where Jesus spent his childhood. You'll visit the Church of Annunciation, Mary's Well, and Joseph's Church. Stop in Cana to see the Wedding Church where Jesus turned water into wine, then check out the ancient synagogue at Beit Alpha with its nicely preserved mosaics. Drive through the Jordan Valley and Judean Mountains, arriving in Jerusalem later in the day.

  5. Day 5

    Masada - Qumran Caves

    Drive through Dead Sea scenery to Masada, a UNESCO World Heritage Site on an isolated cliff in the Judean Desert. You'll take the cable car up to explore the fortress, King Herod's palace, synagogue, and bathhouse with views of Roman camps and the Dead Sea below. Later visit the Qumran Caves where the Dead Sea Scrolls were found. From there, head to the Dead Sea itself at nearly 1,300 feet below sea level. If weather's right and you brought your swimsuit, you can float on the salty, mineral-rich water before heading back to Jerusalem.

    Yad Vashem - Israel Museum - Ein Karem - Bethlehem

    This morning you'll visit Yad Vashem, the official Holocaust memorial established in 1953. Then explore the Israel Museum's Shrine of the Book with the Dead Sea Scrolls and the renovated model of Herodian Jerusalem from the Second Temple period. Head to Ein Karem, a village in southwest Jerusalem significant in Christian tradition as the birthplace of John the Baptist. Travel to Bethlehem to visit the Church of the Nativity and Manger Square, then return to your Jerusalem hotel.

    Garden of Gethsemane - Mount Zion - Old City - Western Wall - Via Dolorosa - Church of the Holy Sepulchre

    Start from atop the Mount of Olives with views of Jerusalem, the holy city for Christianity, Judaism, and Islam. You'll visit the Garden of Gethsemane where Jesus spent his last night before his betrayal by Judas. Later explore Mount Zion with the traditional tomb of King David and the Room of the Last Supper. Enter the Old City of Jerusalem to see the Western Wall and the Temple Mount, site of the Second Temple. Walk the Via Dolorosa to Calvary and the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, which houses both the Crucifixion site and Tomb of the Resurrection.

    Jerash - Amman

    Drive from Jerusalem to the Sheikh Hussein border crossing to enter Jordan. Continue to Jerash, one of the cities of the Decapolis, located about 45km north of Amman in the fertile Gilead heights. You'll explore the well-preserved ancient Roman city with its colonnaded streets, baths, and temples. Drive to Amman for a panoramic city tour of Jordan's capital, then settle in for the night.

  9. Day 9

    Wadi Musa - Petra

    Head to Mount Nebo, where Moses viewed the Promised Land and where you can see the Jordan Valley, Jericho, and the Dead Sea. Continue south along the Desert Highway to Wadi Musa, the modern village near Petra. Enter the Petra site and walk or ride on horseback through the Siq Canyon to reach the red rock city, the ancient Nabatean capital. You'll visit the Treasury (El Khazneh), tombs, obelisks, and the altar, taking in views of the entire rock city. Return to Wadi Musa for the night.

    Madaba - Amman

    After breakfast, drive south to Wadi Rum with its towering mountains and dramatic rock formations. You'll experience the desert landscapes in open Bedouin trucks, visiting Lawrence Spring and Khazali Canyon. Later drive north to Madaba to visit the Byzantine church remains with its ancient mosaic floor map, the oldest surviving original cartographic depiction of the Holy Land and Jerusalem. Return to Amman for the night.

The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 50 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
