Our driver/guide, Tom Costello couldn't have been better and really made the country and it's people come alive for us. His knowledge of history and the areas we visited was exceptional. That was made possible because of our Tour Director Alistair Hetherington and our driver John. They were a fabulous team. They even managed to have a perfect rainbow appear on our way to the Kylemore Abbey. This trip was a long time dream fulfilled and Ireland is just as spectacular as I hoped. Every day brought great memories, great laughs and good people together. The Ashford Castle, Drumoland Castle, the Cliffs of Moher and on and on. I cannot forget the breathtaking and scenic Connemara area either. A drink at the Guinness Storehouse was pretty fun too. This was well planned and fully enjoyed. I would definitely book another trip with CIE because of our driver/tour guide Pat Curran he was the BEST! He was sooo knowledgeable and explained so many things about the beautiful country of Ireland! The entertainment by Cahal Dunne was fantastic every time we never experienced such fun, people and information it was above and beyond our expectations! Pat was also one of the best drivers and we all felt totally safe and comfortable in his hands and what a gentleman! We were in Shannon, Dingle, Kinsdale went to the Blarney Stone and the Cliffs of Moher, Dublin and more you name it in just 10 days!!!? We were amazed!
