- Joanne· October 30th, 2024The ship we cruised on was the beautiful MS Amadeus Imperial which was only three years old. Small ship (168 passengers maximum) cruising is really awesome! I can’t begin to tell you enough good things about the ship. The crew was absolutely amazing—friendly and eager to chat with us, getting to know us and we getting to know them. Every day we had presentations about the sites we were seeing if we were cruising or a preview of the towns we were visiting the next day. Each day we stopped along the river and took guided tours of the town complete with tours of castles, cathedrals, the canals of Amsterdam, and more. They kept us busy from morning till late at night. Three meals a day—with 3 courses at lunch and 4 courses at dinner plus a full tea in the afternoon. Wine and beer were included with the meals as well. In the evenings we were entertained by a musical duo (piano and singer), an oompah band, or fun and games with the crew.Show moreReview collected by Collette
