The tour was simple and easy going. Not really a group tour but several one day tours. since we had different people with us in different days. The guides were friendly and respectful. The islands are a step back in time. Felt like we were in a Jurassic parks movie with giant turtles iguanas and seals. The boat trips were amazing. A very unique place.Show more

The experience that I got there was unique, now I understand why Galapagos is also known as the enchanted island. There you can appreciate sea lions, big turtles, marine iguanas (I didn´t know that they exist, they are magnificent) but the best was BAY TOUR I loved snorkeling there! You will be placed in a cheap hostel and you will not get a personal tour guide for the whole four days, contrary to what the brochure makes you believe. For what you receive, the cost of this tour should be cut by at least 50%. Additionally, if you don’t speak Spanish, you may end up getting lost, because some people who are subcontracted by BM Tours don’t speak English. - Melania· July 1st, 2019My mom, and I, went on this once-in-a- lifetime trip, only to have it ruined by an incompetent tour company.The first day was great. The second day, the guide was almost an hour late. We had to ask the hotel to call the company. BM had not arranged a ride. They hired a random taxi driver to pick us up. The driver sped to get to the taxi-boat, and the people on the boat were mad at us because they had to wait for us. Secondly, we requested an English speaking guide, which we did not get. We were walking around without understanding anything. The second day, the guide was late, again. The guide dropped us off at the boat-taxi and left us at the dock. We went to the beach with no guide, and then we had to find our own way back to the boat-taxi. We paid $400 for two boat-taxis. We would like our money back.
