You'll arrive in Porto and get transferred to the Emerald Radiance, a Star-Ship from Emerald Cruises. After settling into your cabin, you'll join other passengers for dinner on board this evening.

Douro Valley
The ship sails through the Douro Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage site famous for centuries of wine production and terraced vineyards. This evening includes a welcome dinner, cocktail reception, and a Portuguese cooking demonstration held on board.

Douro Valley
You'll visit Quinta do Tedo, an 18th-century organic vineyard in the Douro Valley. Choose between a guided walk through the local vineyards or a kayak trip on the river. Later, the ship sails toward Vega de Terrón, giving you time to relax on the Sun Deck.

Salamanca
Head to Salamanca, the 'Golden City,' which dates back to Roman times. See the Plaza Mayor with its galleries and arcades, check out Casa de las Conchas with its shell decoration, and visit the university founded in 1218. A Tuna music band performs for you this evening (50 chars).

Régua
After docking in Pocinho, you'll travel to the medieval town of Castelo Rodrigo to explore its fortress and try local products. Back on the ship for lunch, then take a Port wine cocktail lesson as you sail toward Régua.

Porto to Lisbon
After leaving the ship, you'll travel south along the Atlantic coast to Nazaré, a fishing town known for fresh seafood. Then head to Óbidos to experience its medieval character before arriving in Lisbon for a three-night stay.

Lisbon
