Amsterdam
You'll arrive in Amsterdam and board your luxury river ship, then settle into your suite. The welcome reception this evening gives you a chance to meet other guests and get oriented before the journey begins.

- Day 2
Amsterdam to Cologne
Pick either a one-hour canal cruise taking in historic landmarks or a walking tour through Amsterdam's canals and bridges with a local herring tasting included. After lunch, your ship sets sail toward Cologne, Germany.

Cologne
You'll wake up in Cologne and have a leisurely morning in your suite before heading out on a guided walking tour of the historic Old Town and the Cathedral. The Christmas Markets are open for browsing, and you'll see the Rhineland's largest Christmas tree. Your ship departs after dinner.

- Day 4
Koblenz
Arriving in Koblenz at the confluence of two rivers, you can choose a walking tour of Germany's oldest city or take a full day excursion to medieval Cochem with a castle tour. This afternoon, you'll cruise through the UNESCO-listed Rhine Gorge and see its 40 hilltop castles from the water.

Mannheim to Heidelberg
This morning in Mannheim, you have three options: an orientation tour of Heidelberg with free time to explore, a historical tour that includes Heidelberg Castle and the world's largest wine barrel, or a vineyard excursion to Bad Durkheim for wine tasting. There's also an optional private classical concert at a Baroque Palace if you want to add that.

Rastatt to Baden Baden
After breakfast in Rastatt, you'll travel to Baden Baden, a spa town on the edge of the Black Forest. Choose between a walking tour exploring elegant architecture and Roman baths, or spend time at Caracalla Spa with its thermal pools. Later, you can check out the Christmas Markets or relax back on the ship.

Kehl to Strasbourg
You'll travel from Kehl to Strasbourg, the Alsace capital known for its colorful half-timbered houses and canals. A guided tour covers the UNESCO-listed Grand Ile, Petite France district, and the Cathedral. Europe's largest Christmas markets are here too before you head back to your ship after lunch, which then departs for Huningue/Basel.

Huningue/Basel to Montreux
You'll disembark and transfer to Vevey to visit the Chaplin World Museum honoring one of the 20th century's most important filmmakers. After that, you'll check into your hotel in Montreux for a two-night stay overlooking Lake Geneva.

Montreux
Start with an early morning walk along Lake Geneva's shore, taking in mountain views and the boats anchored below. Later, board the cheese train to Château-d'Oex for a scenic journey and a private cheese-making demonstration at a mountain restaurant, a special Scenic Enrich experience.

Montreux to Bern
You'll travel through the Swiss Alps to Gstaad, a well-known ski resort village with the famous Gstaad Palace hotel and upscale shopping. From there, continue on to Bern, Switzerland's capital, and check into your hotel.

Bern to Zurich
Pass through the medieval town of Lucerne sitting on Lake Lucerne, where you'll see its 685-year-old wooden footbridge with Alpine views all around. Then head to Zurich, and take a guided walking tour of the flat city center visiting Bahnhofstrasse, the Old Town, and St Peter's Church and Grossmünster church. You'll check in to your hotel here for the night.
