This morning you can choose between a one-hour canal cruise that takes you past historic bridges and Anne Frank's House, or a walking tour through the maze of canals and bridges where you'll learn about Dutch culture and taste fresh herring. By afternoon, the ship sets sail toward Cologne, Germany.

Cologne
Start your day with coffee and breakfast in your suite. You'll arrive in Cologne after lunch, then join a guided walking tour of the historic Old Town. Visit Cologne Cathedral and spend time browsing the Christmas Markets where you can pick up local festive treats, gingerbread, and mulled wine. The ship departs during dinner.

Koblenz
You arrive in Koblenz this morning at the confluence where the Rhine and Moselle rivers meet. Choose a guided walking tour of the old town or take an excursion to medieval Cochem with a castle tour. In the afternoon, cruise through the UNESCO-listed Rhine Gorge and see about 40 hilltop castles and fortresses as you pass through.

Mannheim
Arriving early in Mannheim, you'll pick from three Scenic Freechoice options: an orientation tour of Heidelberg with free time, a historical tour that includes Heidelberg Castle and the world's largest wine barrel, or an excursion to Bad Durkheim for wine tasting at a family-owned vineyard. An evening Scenic Enrich concert is included.

This afternoon, check out the Christmas Markets with over 100 decorated huts and stalls, an ice rink, or head back to the ship if you'd prefer to relax.

Arriving in Kehl this morning, you'll join a guided walking tour of Strasbourg's charming streets, including the Cathedral, Petit France district, Grand Ile, and canals. You'll pass the European Parliament on the way. After the tour, you have free time to wander through the Christmas Markets, some of the largest and most popular in Europe. The ship departs after lunch for Huningue/Basel.
