Itinerary
- Day 1
Hanoi
You'll land at Noi Bai Airport where your driver will meet you for the transfer to your hotel. After settling in and resting a bit, you'll head out on a guided street food tour through the Old Quarter. This walking tour lets you try the real thing - Pho Bo, Banh Mi, and various local snacks from places where locals actually eat. It's a good introduction to Hanoi's food scene and gets you oriented to the neighborhood.

- Day 2
Hanoi
A full-day Vespa tour takes you around Hanoi's main sites. You'll check out the French colonial Opera House, cross the historic Long Bien Bridge over the Red River, and head to a hidden village on Red River Island to see local farms. The day includes stops at Tran Quoc Pagoda, the John McCain Monument, and the B.52 crash site at Huu Tiep Lake. You'll also get an overview of Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and Presidential Palace. There's time for famous Hanoi egg coffee and lunch at a local restaurant before heading back to your hotel.

Hanoi to Halong Bay
After breakfast, you're driven about 2.5 hours to Halong Bay with a brief 20-minute stop along the way. Lunch comes once you're on the cruise boat heading into the bay. The afternoon gives you time to relax on deck or join activities as the boat moves through the limestone karst formations. Dinner is served on the vessel, and you'll spend the night aboard.

- Day 4
Halong Bay to Hoi An
Get up early to catch the sunrise from the boat and have breakfast while cruising through the karst islands at a slow pace. Afterward, a private car takes you back to Hanoi, then you fly to Da Nang. Once you land, you're transferred to your hotel in Hoi An. The rest of the day is yours to rest, walk around, or do some shopping.

- Day 5
Hoi An
You'll start with a guided bike ride to the local market, pedaling through rice fields and meeting farmers along the way. At Tra Que Vegetable Village, you'll change into traditional farmer's clothes and learn about herbs and vegetables used in cooking and medicine. There's herbal tea to try, a traditional massage using garden herbs, then a cooking class where you learn to make vegetable flowers and classic Vietnamese dishes. Lunch follows the class, and vegetarian options are available.

Spend your morning in Hoi An taking in a bit more of the town, then your private driver picks you up for the trip to the airport. You'll fly to Ho Chi Minh City and get transferred to your hotel for check-in and some rest.

Ho Chi Minh City
The morning starts at HCM Agricultural Villages where you'll walk through livestock areas and vegetable gardens, pick ingredients, then join a cooking challenge making three dishes and one dessert. In the afternoon, head out for a city tour hitting Cho Lon Market and Chinatown, the Great Temple, War Remnants Museum, Notre Dame Cathedral (exterior view), and the Central Post Office. You'll be back at your hotel by late afternoon.

Don't miss the sunset, and Truong Beach is ideal for it with its 20-km coastline. If you're up for something more adventurous, consider taking a trip out to Thom Island or Roi Island.
