- SBSamantha· November 12th, 2025This was my first time using tour radar and it just wasn’t a great experience. Mainly the communication was just not good. It was very hard to get in touch with them, the online chat feature didn’t work, our calls repeatedly went unanswered and then when someone did answer the line would get disconnected while we were on hold and we would have to call again. One of the main issues was their communication with the local tour company also, the itinerary we were given was not the same as the itinerary they had and it led to us missing a lot of things we wanted to do or see. Also we had to pay for things that were supposed to be included in the price such as our hotel. Overall it just wasn’t what I expected from them. The tour ends in Oaxaca. No transportation is provided to return to Mexico City. If you are going home at the end of this tour, my advice is to book your flight back from Oaxaca airport. They have a few international flights to some US cities.
