Viana do Castelo
You'll travel to Viana do Castelo today to see the natural landscapes of Costa Verde and the Minho regions. Walk through the city to learn about its shipbuilding heritage, and then visit the elegant Pousada de Viana do Castelo sitting high on Monte de Santa Luzia. Head back for dinner.

Guimarães
Today you're heading to Guimarães, the birthplace of Portugal's first king, Afonso Henriques. You'll see Largo da Oliveira square and explore historic buildings, including a ruined castle with real character. The Palace of the Dukes of Bragança is also on the agenda.

Lisbon
