Our taxi could not find it and made us get out in the middle of nowhere .There is another point north called Handelskai of the correct port .6.6 KMs away. We eventually found a young English speaking local who helped us get another taxi to the correct address.A bus pickup point in central Vienna would resolve this issue. I tried to advise this issue to Crucemundo but got no postive response. Similarly there was an issue at disembarkation point when the issue of getting our bags onsure was confusing . I had to ask a crew member to help out. Actually there was confusion throughout the Tour re various directions caused mainly I think to English speaking guests. Another issue was the seating arrangements through our own fault. We were seated at a table with two American couples . However they spoke Yiddish to each other which is foreign to us and ignored us. We were were moved at our request to another table by ourselves but this meant we never met anyone on the cruise to talk to. We presumed that there would be table rotation Overall the restaurant staff were great as was the cruise and our room.( except the Danish Group tour leader who thought he ran the boat and cruise and was rude to me re getting on our allocated bus for the first excursion.Show moreTrip date: September 2025

I would not get the excursions again for that reason. For instance, we couldn’t see the opera house in Vienna because it required advanced bookings. Well, I did an advance booking for the excursions in plenty of time for them to have booked a tour. In fact, our tour operator told us she does Tours of the Opera House all the time. Also, two of the highlights were coming into Budapest at night and seeing the lights, and going through the locks on the Danube. We were not told in advance that we would be seeing these things and I think that would’ve been extremely helpful. Finally, it was very, very difficult to understand the English translations given by the cruise directors. There were several times that we looked at each other and said what did they just say. It would be helpful if there was a printout to back up the information that was given. For instance, when the captain discussed the safety operations on the boat, we didn’t understand a word of it. So I looked for something in the booklet in the room and it also did not have anything about Safety. First time I’ve ever been on a ship that did not do that.Show moreTrip date: June 2025

There is no single room with a french balcony available on a cruise departing on Aug 30th. We have only single cabins available on a cruise departing on Sept 6th, 2026. The total for a single cabin with a french balcony departing on Sept 6 is €1,180.00. The ship offers a diverse selection of drink packages, with prices ranging from 15 EUR to 60 EUR per person per night, depending on the type of beverages and frequency of consumption. We offer private transfer arrangements. The total rate for one way is 100 EUR. Feel free to dress comfortably and casually on board and during shore excursions. For evening deck visits, we recommend warmer clothing. Sturdy shoes are advisable for land excursions. When visiting the onboard restaurant, smart-casual attire is recommended. Excursion Package includes Vienna bus & walking tour, Melk abbey tour, Bratislava walking tour, Budapest bus & walking tour for EUR 210 per person.

Yes, €1573 is already a discounted price. It means one single bed in a cabin. But if you want to share a cabin, you can reserve any double cabin and slightly move the beds apart. Please note that beds are separate, but there isn't much space in the cabin to move apart due to nights stands and etc.

Yes, you can occupy a double cabin with an additional single occupancy fee. BUT in your case I would recommend to book a single cabin. He have few single cabins available on the main emerald deck (small windows, can't be opened), and a couple few remaining on the diamond deck with a balcony. On this cruise we offer: excursions package for EUR 210 per person (Vienna bus & walking tour, Melk abbey tour, Bratislava walking tour, Budapest bus & walking tour). Optional individual visits: Schonbrunn Palace Tour, Vienna Classical Music Concert, Esztergom Walking Tour + Basilica Visit. We provide bus transfer to each location during the excursions. But the excursions do include walking activities.
