The cruise is MS Upscale. Price is 5917 euro per person - about $6939 per person. The extra shorex costs are: Sound and light show is 147.73 euro per person - that is about $173. On Eclipse day, will we observe from the Jolie Ville Resort Kings Island on land. Can a small camera/telescope tripod be used to observe the eclipse - yes. Is there a typo on Day 5, where it should say "afterwards watch the Solar eclipse at Jolie Ville Resort Kings Island Luxor" - yes. The transfer from Kings Island to Hurghada is by private coach only for our group - distance is about 4 hours. Breakfast time on day 7 is not set yet as it depends on the domestic flights timetable that is not announced yet. The group size is 18 pax and our guides are fully qualified and licenced tour guides native Egyptians and at least one will be an archaeologist.

On night 5 and 6 we stay at Stay at The Oberoi Beach Resort, Sahl Hasheesh. For the transfer to Hurghada is on a private airconditioned bus. We cannot use the pool during the eclipse watch at Jolie Ville Resost however, our Clients are allowed to use any the outdoor rest facilities like lounges to protect themselves including umbrellas. We do not have any other Solar Eclipse tour option that end in Luxor as our trips are unique designed and we do not mass operate tours, however if you want to stay an extra few days after the tour we can customize a tour extension for you.

Traveler•Written September 2025I am still looking around at my options. I am trying to lock in accomodation in Luxor for 3 - 5 nights for the eclipse on August the 2nd to land on day 3 or 4. I would like the option to be able to relax in a pool on the day of the Eclipse August 2nd and depending on how my wife and I can handle the heat if we decide to venture out to an ancient site to view the totality or view it by the pool or a hotel balcony with a view of the mountains to the West.

You can book your friend on the same booking. You can either book 2 single rooms or 1 double room for both. Yes, we can assist with booking flights when these become available. It is unlikely that the company will go bankrupt but Let's Book Travel is a member of the Greek National Tourism Organisation that keeps guarantee funds from all the Greek Travel Agencies and we are also a member of the IATA (International Air Transport Association) but also the operator we use in Egypt is registered with ASTA (the American Society of Travel Advisors)
