After paddling through the canals, lunch gets prepared and served right at a local garden where you can interact with residents. Cycling through the orchards comes next, followed by a visit to Ba Kiet's ancient house. From there it's back to Cai Be and then the journey continues to Can Tho City for the night.

A walking tour takes you through a local noodle factory, and then you'll see the Munir Ansay Pagoda, which is a striking Khmer temple. By boat you reach Con Son tourist area to look around a fruit plantation and taste whatever seasonal fruits are available. Following lunch, the route goes to Chau Doc where you'll row a boat through Tra Su Forest and its lush mangrove landscape. The Ba Chua Xu Temple gets a visit before checking into your hotel. · August 17th, 2024
This tour was well organised and our guide was great . I would recommend this tour to everyone who is interested in learning about the life of Vietnamese in the Mekong delta river because it is so much different than in the big cities. Another advantage is that the guide brings you to the places that are not so overcrowded by other tourists.
