- James· November 19th, 2023The tour overall is what it says it is. The drivers were all very attentive and can miraculously find you in a large crowd. Our guide (Bam) was pleasant and informative. He made sure we had the plan for the day and were set for our evening activity. The communication was via messages at the hotel, while effective, had to just trust all would go as planned. Happily all did. We would have preferred to have confirmation numbers for our hotel and the fantasea show, as we were asked for them. But even without we had a great trip. Our main take away from the tour company is that just trust everything will happen and be where the message at the hotel says to be and it will work out. At least in our experience.Show more
