Itinerary
- Day 1
Srinagar
You'll land at Srinagar International Airport and get picked up for the 35-minute drive to your houseboat or hotel, passing the Abdullah Bridge. After you settle in, the day opens up for exploring Srinagar's Mughal Gardens, which means visiting Cheshma Shahi, Nishat Bagh, and Shalimar Bagh along Dal Lake. Head up to Shankaracharya Temple on the hilltop to catch views across the valley, and then stop by a handloom center to see how traditional Pashmina shawls and carpets are made. Dinner wraps up your evening.

- Day 2
Srinagar to Pahalgam to Srinagar
After breakfast, the drive south to Pahalgam takes about 3 hours (97 km), and the route goes through Pampore where you'll see saffron fields, then past the old ruins at Awantipora. From there continue through Bijbehara and Anantnag before arriving at Pahalgam's valley, which sits between forests and snow-capped mountains. You can walk around Aru Valley and Betaab Valley or check out Chandanwari, and there's an option to take a horse ride up to Baisaran Meadows if you want. By evening head back to Srinagar for dinner and overnight.

Srinagar to Gulmarg to Srinagar
Starting after breakfast, drive north through villages and rice fields toward Gulmarg, sitting at 2,440 meters (8,000 feet). The 56-km journey takes around 2.5 hours and passes through Tangmarg. Gulmarg is known for its meadows, ski terrain, and has an 18-hole golf course at high altitude. Take the Gondola cable car, with a Phase II option available, to ride toward Apharwat Mountain Range and see the peaks from up there. Return to Srinagar in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.
