Thomas John· February 28th, 2025I was told for a nominal fee they can upgrade me. A nominal fee turned out to $399 a night. Kenya Airways canceled my flight. I rebooked on another carrier after telling Kenya Airways. I wanted a refund and still haven’t received one, the other carrier that I booked on left me stuck in Kuala Lumpur. I tried to contact the tour operator and I tried to contact the hotel… every time I got in touch with the hotel, they hung the phone up on me. And when I tried to call the tour operator, there was no answer. In the end I lost all of the money. It’s OK such a bad experience never again. Find a reputable tour operator use a reputable airline… And truly, is it really worth it?Show moreTrip date: February 2025
