- Day 4
Cai Be to Sa Dec to Tan Chai
Board a traditional sampan and check out Cai Be Church, then walk through the colorful port with colonial buildings. You'll stop at rice paper and coconut candy makers before cruising to Sa Dec to explore the market and visit the home connected to French writer Marguerite Duras. A traditional Cao Dai temple visit happens next, then sail to Tan Chai for dinner.

Wat Hanchey to Koh Pen to Kampong Cham
Walk up to the hilltop pagoda of Wat Hanchey for sweeping Mekong views and chances to see novice monks at temples and stupas from the eighth century onward. Lunch happens on board. After that, take a tuk tuk around Koh Pen village to see how locals live and what they grow. A farewell dinner wraps up the evening on board.
