Medellín
You'll arrive in Medellín and head to your hotel in one of the city's vibrant, safe neighborhoods. Spend the afternoon getting settled and taking in your first impressions of the City of Eternal Spring. You'll notice cable cars moving across the hillsides and catch the smell of fresh Colombian coffee filling the air as you walk around and get your bearings.

Medellín
A guided tour takes you through the heart of Medellín, focusing on the city's urban renewal and art scene. You'll walk through Plaza Botero to see sculptures by the well-known artist, then check out downtown spots like the Metropolitan Cathedral and Parque Berrío. Later you'll ride the Metrocable for views across the city, and after that head to Comuna 13 to see the colorful murals and learn about the neighborhood's transformation.

Medellín to Guatapé
Early morning you travel to Guatapé, a charming town known for its vibrant hand-painted murals on every building. You'll climb the 740 steps up El Peñol to reach the top for panoramic views of lakes and forested hills stretching out below. After coming back down, grab lunch by the reservoir, then take a peaceful boat ride through the calm waters to finish the day.

Guatapé to Medellín
Your final morning gives you time for a relaxed goodbye to the region. Then you'll transfer to the airport, heading home with memories of Guatapé's colorful houses and Medellín's welcoming character.
