Itinerary
- Day 1
Marsa Alam to Luxor
A hotel pickup happens at 7:00 am in Marsa Alam, then you'll have a 4-5 hour drive north to Luxor. After checking into your hotel around 11:30 am, you'll have time to rest and grab lunch before meeting your guide at 3:00 pm. The afternoon focuses on the east bank, starting at Karnak Temple, a massive UNESCO World Heritage site with its forest of columns. From there, you'll walk along the Avenue of Sphinxes connecting to Luxor Temple, where you can see the obelisks and statues up close. By evening, you're back at your hotel for the night.

- Day 2
Banana Island
After breakfast, checkout happens at 8:00 am when your pickup arrives for the west bank tour. The morning takes you into the Valley of the Kings where you'll enter 3 selected tombs with your guide to see how pharaohs were buried. Next, you'll see Hatshepsut Temple and the massive Colossi of Memnon statues standing in the desert. In the afternoon, you'll board a felucca sailboat for a relaxing ride on the Nile to Banana Island, where lunch and a guided walk through banana, mango, and guava groves wait for you. The drive back to Marsa Alam takes place by evening.
