Itinerary
- Day 1LisbonTouch down at Lisbon airport and get transferred to your hotel. Check-in starts at 3:00 PM, so you'll have time to settle in and rest if needed. After that, wander around the neighborhood at your own pace and get a feel for the city. 
- Day 2Lisbon - Belém - Cascais - Cabo da Roca - SintraAfter breakfast, head to Belém to see the monuments from the Portuguese Discoveries and try the famous Pastel de Belém tart. From there, you'll drive along the coast to Cascais where you can grab lunch and have free time. Later in the afternoon, stop at Cabo da Roca, Europe's westernmost point, before heading to Sintra's historic village. You'll return to Lisbon for the evening. - Meals

- Day 3LisbonThis day is yours to spend however you like in Lisbon. Walk around the neighborhoods, check out the museums, or just sit at a café and people watch. If you want to join an optional tour to see the surrounding regions, there are activities available. - Meals

- Day 4Óbidos - Nazaré - Alcobaça - FátimaAfter breakfast, you'll travel to Óbidos, a medieval village where you can taste the local cherry liquor served in a chocolate cup. Next, head to Nazaré where you'll see the enormous beach and maybe catch sight of the giant waves it's known for. Lunch is on your own here. Later, visit Alcobaça monastery to see the tombs of Pedro and Inês and try some convent pastries made by the nuns. You'll end the day in Fátima where you can explore on your own or rest at your hotel. - Meals

- Day 5Fátima - Batalha - ÉvoraCheck out by 10:00 AM after breakfast, then head through Aljustrel to Lucia's house in the shepherd's village. From there, continue to Batalha to walk through the UNESCO-listed monastery. After that, you'll drive to Évora and do a walking tour starting at the Roman Temple, then see the Cathedral and the Bone Chapel in Saint Francis Church. Check in at your hotel and spend the rest of the evening however you'd like. - Meals

- Day 6Évora - São Pedro do Corval - Monsaraz - Herdade do Espor ãoBreakfast at the hotel, then you'll leave at 9:00 AM to experience Alentejo traditions. Stop at São Pedro do Corval to learn about clay crafts and try making your own piece. Next is Monsaraz, an old village on a hilltop with views across the plains and the Alqueva dam. Walk through the medieval streets and visit the castle, then have lunch at a traditional restaurant. Later you'll visit Herdade do Espor ão winery for a tasting before heading back to Évora. - Meals

- Day 7Évora - Serra da Arrábida - Azeitão - LisbonAfter breakfast and checkout, you'll travel to Serra da Arrábida Natural Park between Setúbal and Sesimbra, where limestone cliffs drop to the sea and green mountains rise above. In Azeição village, you'll do a guided winery tour and taste the local Moscatel wine. Then it's back to Lisbon where you'll check into your hotel. - Meals
