- SSamantha· December 3rd, 2025Automatic translation available in English. View in EnglishWe booked this safari tour and were lucky to have Rose Nisagurwe Ketto as a wonderful guide and Zamoyoni S. Mage as a great driver. The two of them made the trip an unforgettable experience! Rose speaks very good German and always answered all our questions superbly. We saw so many animals (including the Big 5), which was also thanks to Zamoyoni's quick response and communication. Thank you both so much! Highly recommended and always happy to return! Farrukh· November 5th, 2025We had an amazing safari trip with my wife! Our tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about wildlife — he knew everything about the animals and took us to all the best spots to see them up close. We got to experience the full range of African safari animals in their natural habitat, and his storytelling made it even more fascinating. The tour organizer and manager were also exceptional — she was very proactive, even calling to check how we were doing, and the office staff were super helpful in ensuring our safe return home. Highly recommend this agency for an unforgettable safari experience!Show more
World Adventure Tours commented on this reviewDear Farrukh, Thank you for your wonderful feedback. We are pleased to know you and your wife had a memorable safari experience and enjoyed the wildlife sightings. It is great to hear our guide and team made your trip smooth and enjoyable from start to... Show moreTrip date: October 2025- NBNick· November 5th, 2025The highlight of the tour are the two days in the Serengeti National Park. There you get to meet a wide range of wildlife and beautiful scenery. The Ngorongoro and Tarangire park both are also full with wildlife. Depending on the itinerary you might have Lake Manyara as the first or last park to visit. In our case it was the first and based on the limited experience the better choice as you leave the last park by noon. We had Emmanuel as our tour guide and his knowledge and keen eyes have impressed us on every day of the tour. Travelers with a restricted diet might need to prepare specific foods themselves and bring along as the breakfast and dinner are buffets. The lunch you get to choose yourself but the options are also limited and similar at the different hotels. Staying with three people in the same room is the limit most of the time.Show more

Show moreTrip date: October 2025 - ADAdelheid· October 26th, 2025Issa, our guide was great. He is an excellent driver, guide and got us to places before everyone else showed up. He helped us to see so much wonderful wildlife a d give us a unique experience! Heidi is focused and does everything he can to make the trip unforgettable. I highly recommend him and feel lucky, that we got him as a guide. We traveled in a small group that got along really well. The lodges were good, some ongoing maintenance is lacking, such as doors closing properly, electrical outlets working well i stead of being worn out. The lodges are not very familiar with gluten sensitivity a d not eating any form of cane sugar. So they felt a little lost when preparing breakfast and lunch boxes! The Olduwai Gorge should be included so everyone goes there and have about 90 min. available.Show more

Show moreTrip date: October 2025 - CVchristine· October 24th, 2025Very well organised, variety of places. Hotels brilliant. All evening meals excellent. Breakfasts good, unfortunately all but one of the lunches DIRE. We had one guide, Francis, for the first day - he was fantastic - then Isaac for the next four days. He was also fantastic. Regarding animals I saw more than I expected, only disappointment was that the only 2 rhinos we saw were at a great distance, but obviously no one's fault.Show more

Show moreTrip date: October 2025 - TTERRI· October 23rd, 2025Had an awesome time. Our tour guide Isaac was wonderful with wealth of knowledge and very personable. We saw so many of the BIG 5 except the Rhino as they are few and scarce that my camera exploded with pictures and movies. The only draw back was the sack lunches on 3 of the 5 days of our trip as well as the need to buy bottle water at the hotels when you are not able to go out and buy from the market. Plenty of free water provided on the safarirides and private tours i went on during my downtime.. The meals for breakfast and diner where superb with the flare of the Tanzania cuisine. All the employees at each of the places stayed were curious and helpful.Show more

Asked on October 2nd, 2025I'm very interested in booking the Big Five Classic Safari in Tanzania as a birthday trip in mid-March. This would be a solo trip for me, but I'd like to join a group tour since I enjoy meeting new people and would feel safer that way. I had a few questions before booking: 1. Total Cost – Could you please confirm the total cost per person for the full 7-day package, including any additional fees? 2. Flights – Am I correct in understanding that I'll need to arrange my own round-trip flights to and from Kilimanjaro? 3. Safety – Since I'll be traveling solo, how safe is the tour in terms of group setting, accommodations, and transport? 4. Hot Air Balloon Ride – Is it possible to add a hot air balloon experience during the trip? 5. Photography – Can I arrange for a photographer (either through your company or as an add-on service) to capture parts of my experience?
World Adventure ToursOperator•Written October 2025Total Cost – The cost of the safari is USD 1,835 plus a single room supplement fee of USD 300, totaling USD 2,135. Flights – You will need to arrange your own round-trip flights to and from Kilimanjaro International Airport. Safety – The tour is very safe. We work with carefully selected accommodations, and you will be secure at all times. We recommend staying within the accommodation area. If you wish to go outside in Arusha or Moshi, one of our representatives can accompany you. Hot Air Balloon Ride – It is possible to add a hot air balloon experience to your itinerary. Photography – Having a dedicated photographer within a group setting can be challenging. However, fellow travelers are often happy to assist with taking photos during the safari.

Asked on September 19th, 2025When is the best time of year to tour?
World Adventure ToursOperator•Written September 2025Tanzania is an all-season destination, though we can recommend visiting between July and October, which are the dry months and ideal for safaris.

Monica
Asked on September 11th, 2025When is the best time to see migration in the Serengeti?
World Adventure ToursOperator•Written September 2025The best time to witness the migration is in mid August. However, please note that the migration is a natural event and cannot be guaranteed, even during this period. This tour takes place in the Central Serengeti and does not include the river crossing. If you would like to add the Northern Serengeti experience, the cost is USD 300 per additional night, and we usually recommend a minimum of 2 nights.

Dale
Asked on September 10th, 2025Will you transport us there the morning of the July 2nd instead of JRO? How much would the cost be?
World Adventure ToursOperator•Written September 2025We usually offer 2 complimentary transfers, on arrival and departure. In case we transfer you to Arusha and you still require an airport transfer, there will be a charge of USD 100. However, if no airport transfer is needed on departure, then the transfer to Arusha will be complimentary.

World Adventure ToursOperator•Written August 2025Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a 14-day safari at USD 2,850. We can certainly customize an itinerary for you, but the budget range provided is a bit too low. Could you kindly advise us on your maximum budget so we may tailor a suitable option?
