- Ines· July 25th, 2025I still have no words for this wonderful experience. You really need to experience this. Thank you World adventure tours and Zara tours. Excellent organization and safety. Beautiful lodges, I saw so many animals. Big shout out to the drivers, guides and staff Brianna, Moses, Dube, Victor and especially Godfrey. Thank you for everything. Unforgettable and unique.Show moreWorld Adventure Tours commented on this reviewDear Ines, Thank you for your kind words. - Linda· July 20th, 2025I traveled as a solo female traveler and wanted to write this review especially for those who may have concerns. Tanzania is quite safe, the local people are incredibly friendly, and this tour organization is very well established. You’ll see many staff members working for Zara Tours (also known as World Adventure Tours), and the guides are excellent. Samweli was my guide during the Big Five safari tour. He has been doing this job for 12 years and truly knows his work! He’s a professional you can trust. We saw the Big Five during our trip and much more! Even if you mention your guide's name to someone during the tour, they’ll recognize him—it’s that safe and well-connected. Try to learn some Swahili. Visit the Maasai tribe. Dance with them and learn about their rare and fascinating culture. You’ll be surprised by their way of life and discover how people can be genuinely happy with so little. "When we try to own things but feel empty inside, we eventually learn that true happiness comes from within."Show moreWorld Adventure Tours commented on this reviewDear Alinda, Thank you for your kind review. We are happy to hear you felt safe and enjoyed your trip as a solo traveler. Samweli is a great guide, and we’re glad he helped make your safari special. - JKJonathan David Michael· July 18th, 2025Automatic translation available in English. View in EnglishOur first safari - and it was simply wonderful! We were lucky enough to have a great driver and guide in Samu. He not only introduced us to the wildlife, but also told us a lot about the history of the country and the national parks. We were able to observe many different animals - including cheetahs, at times without any other jeeps nearby. Of course, you are rarely completely alone when observing animals, there are often several vehicles on site - you should know that. This made Samsu's calm, experienced driving style on sometimes challenging roads all the more important. The accommodation was absolutely fine, the food was mostly served as a buffet, with a lunch box at lunchtime. Everything was well organized and well thought out. Conclusion: The safari was a great experience that is definitely worthwhile - we can highly recommend the provider and this tour!Show moreWorld Adventure Tours commented on this reviewDear Jonathan, Thank you for your kind review. - FBFiona· July 17th, 2025I had the most wonderful experience on this tour! My guide Emmanuel was amazing! He was so friendly, professional and fun and travelling solo I really appreciated this. He also knew the spots where to go to find the animals and I was so lucky not just to have seen the big 4 (and many many more) but I even got to witness an entire pride of lions hunt a zebra. It was incredible stuff!!! Hotels are basic but spotlessly clean, food was good and staying in a lodge in the Serengeti is unreal. Scenery everywhere is beautiful. (I would also suggest you tip when you can, we have so much we take for granted which they do not and the people are so lovely and really deserve a small reward for their efforts).Show moreWorld Adventure Tours commented on this reviewDear Fiona, Thank you for your kind words. Traveler•Written June 2025Which is the best time to visit Serengeti? I am very flexible with my dates.
- World Adventure ToursOperator•Written June 2025
The Central Serengeti is a year-round destination with excellent wildlife viewing in all seasons. January to March – Calving season; great predator action. June to October – Peak game viewing; dry season and migration movement. November to December – Short rains; still very good for wildlife and fewer crowds.

Asked on June 3rd, 2025Looking for triple share for 2 adults and a child (13 years old at the time of travelling - looking at travelling early August 2026). With the sale price, what would be the increase in price if we want to upgrade to 4 or 5 star accommodation?
- World Adventure ToursOperator•Written June 2025
Regarding the upgrade to triple rooms, the additional cost depends on whether you'd like to upgrade for the entire trip. Serengeti – Ole Serai Luxury Camp Seronera USD 700 per person (Total: USD 2,100). Lake Manyara – Lake Manyara Kilimamoja Lodge USD 400 per person (Total: USD 1,200). Ngorongoro – Ngorongoro Oldeani Mountain Lodge USD 400 per person (Total: USD 1,200). Arusha – Gran Meliá Arusha USD 400 per person (Total: USD 1,200). The Serengeti Safari Lodge is a great option and if booked early, we have a good chance of confirming your stay. Alternatively, we can offer more budget-friendly options such as Chanya Lodge at an additional USD 100 per person.

Asked on May 28th, 2025How is the weather and wildlife viewing in October - December. This is a good time for us to travel but seems to be low season for you
- World Adventure ToursOperator•Written May 2025
October to December is a lovely time to visit Tanzania, especially if you're looking for a quieter experience. While it's considered low season in some areas, the weather is still good and the wildlife viewing is excellent. October is the end of the dry season, and a great time to see animals as they gather around water sources. November brings some short rains, usually light showers that don't last long. December continues with light rains, mostly early in the month, but animals are still active and the scenery turns green and beautiful. We recommend October as the best time during this period.

In addition, would sincerely appreciate a BEACH package to Zanzibar where the crystal waters are simply outstanding.
