Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival in Mexico City
Your driver will greet you at arrivals with a sign bearing your name. After you clear customs and grab your bags, you'll head to your 3-star hotel to check in and settle in for the evening.
- Day 2
Mexico City E-Bike Tour and Xochimilco
You'll hop on an e-bike this morning to explore Mexico City, starting at the Zócalo and then moving through the Metropolitan Cathedral and National Palace. From there, you'll swing by the Fine Arts Museum before riding along La Reforma avenue toward Chapultepec Park. After lunch, you'll head out to Xochimilco to ride the colorful trajineras and walk around this UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Teotihuacán, Tequila Factory, and Basilica of Guadalupe
The day takes you to Teotihuacán Archaeological Complex where you'll see the pyramids of the Sun and Moon, plus explore the temples of Quetzalcóatl and the Butterflies. You'll stop at a tequila factory to see how it's made and taste a few varieties. After grabbing lunch on your own at a local spot, you'll visit the Basilica of Guadalupe before heading back to your hotel.

San Andrés Cholula and Puebla
You'll travel about 2 hours to San Andrés Cholula to see the largest Mesoamerican pyramid and take in views of Popocatépetl Volcano. Next comes the Church of Tonanzintla, one of Mexico's oldest churches. Then you'll continue to Puebla to walk through the downtown area, check out the cathedral, stroll Talavera street, and see the Santo Domingo church plus the sweets street. You'll have lunch on your own and then drive back to Mexico City for the night (about 2 hours).

Cuernavaca and Taxco
You're heading to Cuernavaca this morning, about 56 miles from the city, known as the City of Eternal Spring. There you'll see the Palace of Cortés and the fortress-like cathedral. Later you'll travel to Taxco, a colonial silver mining town with cobbled streets and busy markets. A tour of a silver mine shows you how alloys and jewelry are made. You'll grab lunch on your own and have free time to shop for silver crafts before returning to Mexico City.

Departure
