Arrival in Arenal
A representative will meet you at the airport for a private 2.5-hour transfer to your hotel in Arenal. During the drive, you'll start seeing Costa Rica's natural landscapes unfold around you. Meals are on your own for this arrival day, so grab something when you're ready.
Landmarks/POIs Arenal Volcano - Day 2
Arenal Highlights
You'll experience the rainforest at different levels, first walking through the canopy on hanging bridges then down at ground level. Later, trek to La Fortuna Waterfall where you can take a swim. By late afternoon, a nature walk through Arenal Volcano National Park wraps up the day.

Arenal to Nicoya Peninsula
A shuttle takes you to the Nicoya Peninsula coast, and during the ferry crossing watch for dolphins, turtles, and other marine life. Once you arrive, the afternoon is yours to relax on the beach or check out whatever your hotel offers.

Landmarks/POIs Nicoya Peninsula - Day 4
Nicoya Gulf Highlights
Start early with a boat ride to Curu Reserve for a jungle walk where a guide helps you spot wildlife by listening to their calls. From there, head by boat to Tortuga Island for snorkeling over colorful reefs. The day finishes with a mangrove safari through the Pochote Mangrove area.

Tambor to San José
Leave Tambor by shuttle, traveling through scenic landscapes to reach Paquera port. You'll cross the Gulf of Nicoya by ferry with ocean views around you. After landing, an air-conditioned vehicle takes you to San José where you'll spend the night.

Departure from San José
A private transfer brings you to Juan Santamaría International Airport for your flight home.
