The itinerary was perfect — not too rushed, so we had plenty of time to enjoy each place without tiring out the kids. Our guide was fantastic — super knowledgeable and always happy to share interesting facts. The kids especially loved the fun activities, like making sushi. At the end of the trip, we had a flight delay, and our guide stayed with us at the airport, making sure everything went smoothly. Our guide was fantastic – her English was excellent, and she was always on time, making everything run smoothly. It made communication so easy, and we never felt lost or confused during our tours. A big shout-out to our driver too! His driving skills were top-notch – always smooth and safe, no matter the traffic. Plus, he was incredibly polite and professional, which made us feel really comfortable throughout the trip. We stayed in some amazing hotels, all located in the heart of each city. Whether we were in Tokyo, Kyoto, or Osaka, we were just steps away from everything – shopping, restaurants, and the must-see spots. It really made the trip even more enjoyable, as we could just walk out and be in the middle of all the excitement. Overall, the trip exceeded our expectations in every way. Amber from UME Travel did an outstanding job organizing everything for us. The itinerary was perfect for our little ones — they absolutely loved the fun-filled days at Nintendo, Tokyo Disneyland, and Universal Studios Japan. It was such a joy to see them so excited! Our guide was fantastic, especially when it came to helping look after the kids. He was patient, kind, and made sure they had a great time, too. The driver was equally wonderful, always there to help with the luggage, making our lives so much easier. Amber even arranged a spacious family room for us, so my sister, my kids, and I were able to all stay together comfortably — it was perfect for our family! Now we’re already planning our next trip with Amber for the end of the year to China! Can’t wait to see what she has in store for us next!
