- Day 1
Lisbon to Medelim
You'll head out from Lisbon toward Spain in the morning, stopping for lunch at a local restaurant along the way. After that, you'll do a moderate 3km walk with a local guide to see the Ichnofossils, which covers some varying terrain. From there, it's a drive to Medelim where you'll spend the night.

Monsanto - Idanha-a-Velha
After breakfast, you'll transfer to Monsanto for a guided walking tour. You have the option to explore on your own or hike out to the historic village of Idanha-a-Velha instead. Either way, you'll get a guided tour of Idanha-a-Velha before heading back for dinner with the group.

Landmarks Monsanto Idanha-a-Velha - Day 3
Casteleiros - Sortelha - Belmonte
Your guide will lead you on a scenic hike along a historic stone path from Casteleiros to Sortelha, climbing to the castle at 760 meters altitude. The castle overlooks a mysterious historic village that's worth exploring. Once you've spent time there, you'll drive to Belmonte and check into your accommodation.

Serra da Estrela National Park to Amarante
You'll hike through Serra da Estrela National Park, Portugal's highest mountain range, crossing Corgo da Móss and passing giant granite slabs on the way to Vale do Rossim Lagoon. After lunch, it's a drive north to Amarante for the night.

Douro Valley - Peso da Régua
Starting after breakfast, you'll walk along the Douro wine region's valley before arriving at a vineyard for a 3-course lunch with wine pairings. Then you'll tour the historic Casa de Mateus palace and museum. The evening is yours to do as you like.

Pinhão
You'll spend another day in the Douro wine region, this time with a longer hike through the hills and historic village streets of Pinhão. The walk takes you through green vineyards with panoramic views of the Douro River. You'll return to Amarante in the afternoon with the rest of the day free.

Amarante to Porto
You'll travel from Amarante to Porto in the morning. Choose between a walking tour exploring the city's best neighborhoods or join your CEO on a Douro river cruise followed by port wine tasting in Vila Nova de Gaia. The afternoon is free, and you'll reunite for a final group dinner in the evening.
