Hanoi
Your hotel pickup happens in the Old Quarter, then you'll head out to see traditional Vietnamese crafts firsthand. Chuong village is first, where you can watch artisans making conical hats by hand. After that, you're heading to Quang Phu Cau village, a place where incense production has been going on for over a century. The day includes stops at a family-run dye workshop and the town's largest incense factory to get the full picture of how these trades work. By evening, you'll end up at Train Street with coffee while watching trains pass through the narrow lanes.
